Dedae' Patrise and JSR CEO Greg Radford attended a private CD release party for Las Vegas native Ne-Yo that was held at The PURE Nightclub in Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas on Tues. Sept. 16th, 2008. The special invitation was granted by Ne-Yo's mom Harriet Smith.. " Harriet is a very dear friend of ours who has not let the major success of her son stop her from still reaching out to her friends we will always love her for that" say JSR CEO Greg Radford. The private party was limited to less than 30 people in a special VIP section of the club included close friends, celebrities and family including Ne-Yo's sister Nicole who will soon be releasing her own CD . Ne-Yo, celebrating the release of his latest CD "Year of the Gentleman" performed the single "Closer" and part of his hit "So Sick" to the standing room only club.
JSR shows support for presidential candidate Obama at Las Vegas rally.

The Jazzay' Soul Recording staff got the opportunity to see, hear and support presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama.at his Las Vegas campaign rally given at Cashman Field in downtown Las Vegas. We were about 20 feet away from his podium amongst the more than 11,000 supporters who endured the brief rain and blistering heat to attended the rally. His speech which was over 35 minutes long was truly informative, promising and inspirational. The event started off with Clint Holmes entertaining the crowd. "His speech truly commanded the attention of everyone who was there. It wasn't just the same ole' political rhetoric given by so many other candidates." says JSR CEO Greg Radford. The Jaz-zay' Soul Recordings staff urges everyone to register to vote and if possible show your support to Sen. Obama.

Dedae' Patrise along with some of Las Vegas' A-lists singers were hired as a choir to sing an opening number for the hit television show 'The Last Comic Standing. The show hosted by Bill Bellamy taped it's season ending finale' at The Paris Hotel.The choir which was formed by Las Vegas Diva Michele Johnson under her "Diva Las Vegas Production" moniker provide the choral background behind two of the contestants during the shows' opening number ...

"It won't be long now" says Jaz-zay Soul Recordings' CEO Greg Radford , as final mixes are being prepared for the release of Dedae' Patrise's debut CD. "Were trying to get this done as quickly as possible" says Greg. "Some of the final mixes for the CD are being done at The BeatFarm Recording Studio in Las Vegas by engineer Mark Matson". "Mark has worked with some of Las Vegas' top artist including pop star Celine Dion and jazz bassist Darryl Williams and we're proud to have him aboard.". "I think the songs are great because Dedae' has such a unique sound. She should do well" says Mark. The remainder of the album is being mixed at D'Desk Studios , Las Vegas by Greg Radford. "I am looking forward to the world hearing what I have to offer" says JSR artist Dedae' Patrise. "This CD has really been a long time coming and I'm exicited about its' completion." "So get ready!!!"

The Best of Las Vegas turned out in cast and crowd at Hartland, Las Vegas on Wednesday July 25th, for the 3nd exclusive performance of Multi-Platinum, Grammy Award winning singer and writer Larry Harts' presentation of "Praise" An Irreverently Reverent Gospel Experience..."I only use the best singers in town and Dedae along witheveryone of the other participants were absolutely superb"!!! says Larry, as he looks forward to presenting his high energy gospel show on the Las Vegas strip. Dedae' was one of six featured singers in the show, singing two compositions written by Larry Hart. The other featured singers in the cast are Darcus Speed; Jeneane Marie; Jenevi;Paris Red; Nikki Logan and Mr. Larry Hart who wrote and arranged all of the songsperformed in themusical. " I am truly blessed to be involved in "Praise" and being in the company of Larry and all the fantastic singers that are in the show" says Dedae. Justin' Thyme selected for JSR internship program...
JazZay' Soul Recordings has selected Justin' Thyme as it's 1st participant in it's internship program.. Justin was selected by JSR to be a part of the Media dept. with his first assignment being to film an episode of "The Making of A JazZay' Soul Star" featuring JSR artist Dedae' Patrise. If the episode proves to be satisfactory, Justin will then film subsequent episodes of the series followed by various other assignments. Justin' is currently a film student at UNLV graduating summer of 2008.
