Our journey began 5 years ago with a simple song played for friends and family. Having liked what they heard, they encouraged us to write more songs, telling us that our songs made them feel good and that success would be " right around the corner". ( Sounds all too familiar, right ? ) Though this task seemed simple in words, the truth of this arduous journey would at times seem insurmountable. The saving of money towards the purchase of quality recording equipment, relocating to escape noisy neighbors in order to record our vocals. Working eleven hours a day at a bank. Singing and performing at any gig available.Let's not forget crash courses on how to start and run a business, while trying to convince yourself that it is all worth the money and effort... 

Finally in 2007 it all came together with the emergence of Jaz-Zay Soul Recordings. The music of Jaz-Zay Soul Recordings captures that essence of music that makes you feel good when you hear a song. We take elements from all music types: R & B; Soul; Jazz: Neo-Soul , Top 40 and Pop. Blend them all together to create a smooth musical puree' that's tastefully layered with our unique Jaz-Zay' styled melodies. Be it with a Lead vocal; Sax; Trumpet or Guitar.
